1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the 4Talents platform, including the website and related services.

4Talents is a platform designed to connect students, young talents, and professionals through communities, events, programs, and professional development opportunities.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

3. Description of services

4Talents provides, among other things: community membership, event participation, a member workspace, ambassador and country-lead features, and networking tools.

We reserve the right to evolve, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the services, with reasonable notice when possible.

4. User account

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

4Talents may suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, or conduct harmful to the community.

5. Code of conduct

You agree to use the platform respectfully and in compliance with applicable law. The following are prohibited:

• illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful content, or content that infringes on others' dignity;
• harassment, identity theft, or any unauthorized access attempt;
• spam, malware distribution, or any activity disrupting the service;
• unauthorized commercial use contrary to the platform's purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, its branding, editorial content, and features are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of 4Talents or its licensors.

You retain ownership of content you publish, while granting 4Talents a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of the service.

7. Liability

4Talents uses reasonable means to ensure service availability and security, without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, 4Talents shall not be liable for indirect damages, user-generated content, or interactions between members outside the platform.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to 4Talents' registered office. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
